call for blood-donations

The Austrian Red Cross earlier this month called on people to donate blood, also in light of the increased demand during the EURO 2008^TM. Note however that there are guidelines on who may donate. Gay persons are excluded because of their alleged “risk behaviour.” 

The Austrian Red Cross’ assessment may be called what it is: discrimination.
